They are responsible to maintain over 125,000 sqm of irrigated gardens and estimated 10,000 of water sprinklers and associated pipelines and pumps.  Daily trimming of grass areas, trees and hedges, applying pesticides as well as seasonal re-seeding to maintain pleasant appearance and keep the aesthetics of our landscaping. In coordination with maintenance team they also keep pedestrian. Rest areas, playground and sports courts  in  good  condition  for  our  residents.    We  also  provided and  maintain landscaping on central reserve of Zagros Street from 100m street to Saad Abdullah Conference Hall.
